Bakerina Steakcafe is located in Selangor. Syuriany and her husband Khaidir run this restaurant together. Like all restaurant owners, they too had a set of complex challenges before them. We only had 2-3 servers running around, trying to keep up with the chaos.”

It’s expanded our reach significantly.”

Syuriany faced an initial hurdle in convincing customers to embrace QR ordering. “At first, people thought it was a hassle,” she says. “But when we explained that they could earn loyalty points, they were more willing to give it a try. The response has been great!”

The positive changes were not just in customer satisfaction but also in the operational efficiency of the restaurant. “It’s so much easier to manage everything now,” Syuriany shares. “EasyEat’s detailed sales reports have made it a breeze to tally our daily sales. Before, it was a lot of manual work, but now it’s all automated and accurate.
