EasyEat’s CEO Wassem spoke to a customer who used EasyEat for 2 years. Let’s call this customer HT! He later switched to some other POS system when he was poached by them. The only reason for him to switch was that the other company charged less for providing this type of restaurant technology. After using their POS system for a year, he spoke to HT and discussed normal business and economy related stuff.

They compared the time periods when HT was using EasyEat and when he was using the competitor’s POS system. To get accurate results they took data of the same months but from different years that is October, November, December, and January. 

The results were surprising and according to that –

Oct: EE did 35% more daily sales

Nov: EE did 5% more daily sales

Dec: EE did 0.99% fewer sales

Jan: EE did 45% more sales 

HT got USD 28 thousand more sales when he used EasyEat as compared to the competitor’s POS system. USD 28 thousand is a huge number.
